The nuts and bolts of the soft skills.  Learn the art of facilitating programs where the take away is as important as the experience itself.  How to lead an effective debrief, understanding personalities and target groups, formulating themes and carrying them through both traditional and experiential learning, practicing metaphorical thinking, and going deep for transformation. Designed for group leaders at Christian camps and schools, church leaders, leaders of therapeutic programs and youth programs of all types, and corporate teams.  Taught as a learning while doing retreat experience.
